I had been suffering from heart palpitations 24/7 for 2 months. They were non stop, day and night. I went to my doctor to no avail. He wanted to put me on a beta blocker right away, but I was determined to find an alternative solution. I tried magnesium pills, which unfortunately did not work for me. I then tried an acupuncturist and although they were able to slow them down so they weren't as frequent, they were not able to help me go back to normal. I started doing some research online and found many people stating that Hawthorne Berries had helped them with their heart issues. I was desperate when I purchased these and I bought these specifically because they were organic and they had great reviews. I started them in late December and I knew they wouldn't be an instant fix so I took them as a daily supplement, half dose, since I also take BP medication, and a week later I started to notice a difference. They gradually slowed down and I can now say that they are completely gone. I am so thrilled that I found these and that they were able to provide relief for the palpitations I was feeling. Aside from stopping the palpitations, they have also helped with the constant anxiety and feeling of dread that came with them. One months no palpitations and I pray that they continues to help.
