По шапке в теме у тебя вирус.
Если вк просить ввести код который он отправил тебе смс'кой для проверки-это норм.
Если же вк просить отправить короткий код на какой-то левый номер-это развод.
Почисти файл hosts:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc hosts
Открывай через блокнот и стерай все после строк
