FP is updated.. i havent gotten any message from you guys or any emails or anything so i am wondering how i should do?

So the Client has been updated.. and today i was suddenly told that you guys added the Downtime days to the account without notification or anything.
So now i finally logged in to my subscription and it says i only have 10 hours left.
Like what?? When FP stopped working and was under Update. I asked about getting my subscription back since all my days ran out while being under Update.
I was told that i would be told when it started working again and when i would get my days back.
But clearly nobody has told me anything at all and now apparently i only get 10hours Play when i paid for 7 days.
This doesn't feel good. I got to play less than 1 day and i basically just threw away my money 
Can someone in charge talk to me? I am on Telegram and here
